The Core of Our Work

We build software for processes that exist in this form only in your company. This typically involves four areas:

• Custom Business Software – CRM platforms, order processing, customer portals, internal tools.
• Integration of Existing Systems – Interfaces between ERP, accounting, web shop, email, and specialized applications to prevent data from being entered multiple times.
• Automation – The system takes over recurring steps, while decisions remain with people.
• Operation – Hosting, monitoring, security updates, backups.

When It Is Worth It – And When It Is Not

Custom development is worthwhile when a process is essential for the business and standard software only represents it with detours. It is not worthwhile for tasks that have good standard solutions: Accounting, payroll, or word processing are not sensibly rebuilt by anyone.

We also say it when a ready-made product is the better choice. A project that poorly replicates an existing tool benefits no one.

In addition to customer projects, we develop four of our own applications: Ouhud CRM for customer and sales processes, Ouhud QR for dynamic QR codes, Ouhud E-Invoice for electronic invoices according to EN 16931, and HealthFusion for practice processes.
